1. HOW DO I ORDER?

To place an order,  simply click "Contact" on the top bar and fill in the form with the item(s) you would like to bring home with your contact details. You will receive the payment details shortly.\


2. CUSTOMISATIONS

To customise a jewelry, please provide the following details

1. Trinket type: Necklace/bracelet/earring/bookmark/bagcharm
If necklace: long or short
If earring: long or short

2. Colour theme :

3. Design theme: e.g fairytale, sweet, related to food etc

2. PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payment via Interbank transfer for local buyers or Paypal for international buyers.

All trinkets are priced in SGD

3. LOCAL SHIPPING

Complimentary regular postage is provided for all trinkets and packages will be shipped out within the next 48 hours of payment. We ship via Singpost and packages have an estimated 1 - 3 days of delivery time from the date the package is shipped.

The Dancing Jewels will not be held responsible or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by Singpost. Registered postage is strongly advised for an additional fee of SGD 3/- which includes a tracking number of the package.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

A flat fee of SGD 4/- is charged for international shipping world wide.
We ship via Singpost and packages have an estimated 7 - 14 days of delivery time from the date the package is shipped.
